We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper hygiene protocols at all times
- Support serving staff with food delivery and presentation when needed
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience with food industry practices such as food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety is desirable
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of food presentation and customer service principles
