Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during each visit
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service
- Schedule and prioritize cleaning tasks effectively using strong time management skills to maximize productivity
- Handle special requests such as organizing closets or deep cleaning specific areas with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture as needed
- Reliable time management skills to adhere to scheduled appointments and complete all duties promptly
