We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support administrative functions including faxing, scanning, and mailing correspondence
- Handle general clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong typing skills with proofreading capabilities
- Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative procedures
