Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, caring and motivated RPN to join or busy family practice.
Responsibilities
- Ordering of vaccines and medical supplies
- Baby wellness checks
- Vaccine administration
- Informing patients of test results
- Supporting physicians with procedures, including: suture removal, ear syringing and other clinical tasks
- Communicating with medical representatives in organizing clinic lunch and learns
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the appropriate licensing
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with EMR
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on dignity and respect for all individuals
- Have previously worked in a family practice environment
