We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting water safely and efficiently to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance, as well as excellent navigation skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist with basic automotive repair tasks as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with automotive repair is a plus, enabling you to address minor vehicle issues on the road.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
