Prince Albert Residential Caretaker for an Apartment Building
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Caretaker/Maintenance professional to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential apartment. Our apartment building is 24-units.
Expectations:
Complete work orders - perform routine caretaking, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. Such as change taps, cartiges, filters, etc.
Must have good people skills, for showing suites and movein/out inspections.
Must be able to use a smartphone and tablet, be able to take photos and upload to our property management software.
Must be able to scan documents, send emails and be able to join in occassional meetings.
Need to pass a criminal background check
Must be authorized to work in Canada
Must have a Class 5 Drivers License
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
