AZ Shunt Driver – Barrie Location - Afternoon Shift
THIS JOB OFFERS:
- $26.00 Per Hour
- Overtime after 40 Hours
- Work Monday-Thursday 2:30PM-1AM
- Off every Friday, Saturday & Sunday

JOB FUNCTIONS
- Transfer product between Stayner - Barrie
- Shunt trailers for shipping
- Unload trailers at receiving dock from time to time
- Maintain trailers and request repairs from vendors in a timely manner via email in order to have written records of repairs requested. Bring trailers to vendors in Alliston and Toronto as required for repairs.
- Ensure PM’s and annual safety’s are completed before expiry for trailers using designated vendors
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Fill out INR paperwork for damaged products and empty vinegar into rework totes daily
- Secure trailers in the yard
- Follow good manufacturing practices and procedures
- Follow occupational health and safety rules and regulations
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by warehouse supervisor
- Complete daily service logs/safety checks for MTO
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Need to have good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook for email communication
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Must have a clean driving abstract
