Part-Time Permanent Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Saturdays Only)

Yorkdale Wellness Clinic is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend work in a friendly, patient-focused healthcare environment.
Schedule
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Permanent part-time position
- Potential for occasional additional shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- Managing patient records and clinic paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting therapists and clinic staff with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset but not required
