Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Leader to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive administrative experience, and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, maintaining organizational efficiency, and supporting overall business objectives. The Administrative Leader will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, manage vendor relationships, and work as a team member to maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Leadership & Administration: Oversee daily office operations, coordinate communications, and ensure workflows run smoothly.
- Data Management & Reporting: Use computer software and technical skills to manage internal and external communications and organize day-to-day operations efficiently.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, resolving inquiries with professionalism and a positive demeanor.
- Multitasking: Juggle competing priorities in a dynamic setting while maintaining high accuracy under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or executive support role.
- Accounting Knowledge: Practical, hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping - Experience Sage 50.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and generally computer-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-Oriented: You catch errors before they happen and pride yourself on accuracy.
- Customer Service Focused: You handle pressure with grace and treat every interaction as an opportunity to help.
