Overview:
Ideal Pro Clean is a growing exterior cleaning company based in Vancouver, BC. We're looking for an experienced Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our crew, performing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and moss removal for residential and commercial clients.
- Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
- Work safely at heights (ladders, extension poles) following proper safety protocols
- Lift and manage cleaning equipment and materials safely
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and clean equipment and company vehicle after each job
- Accurately complete job checklists and report job completion
- Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or a related exterior cleaning trade
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather
- Valid driver's license (able to drive company vehicle)
- Physically able to lift equipment and perform physically demanding tasks daily
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Experience with soft washing or moss removal
- Prior commercial cleaning/custodial experience
Pay: $20–$40/hour depending on experience, or commission-based structure available
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (depending on availability)
