Duties
- Serve food and to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all food handling complies with safety regulations and company policies
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient workflow
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in a commercial kitchen setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
