As a Senior Personal Lines Advisor, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing a complex book of business while delivering thoughtful, proactive client service. You’ll be a trusted resource for both clients and team members — handling more advanced policies, mentoring colleagues, and helping ensure the branch runs smoothly.
This role is a mix of client relationship management, technical expertise, and leadership. You’ll take ownership of your portfolio, support junior team members, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
We’re looking for someone experienced, confident in their technical ability, and genuinely motivated to support others and continue growing in their career.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- CAIB Level 2 Broker License
- Proven experience managing a Personal Lines book of business
- Proven experience managing complex farm / agro clients
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage more complex client needs
- Advanced problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support others
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions
- A demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a complex block of Personal Lines business with a proactive service approach
- Conduct on-site Farm visit
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for new business and actively support growth initiatives
- Write and manage a range of policies, including home, tenant/condo, and more complex or specialized risks (including agro where applicable)
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to Advisors and CSR team members
- Support operational excellence, which may include administrative functions like receivables, reporting, and scheduling
- Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Take on additional responsibilities or projects that support branch success

Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
