Hairstylist Wanted — Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

About Us
We're a busy, established hair salon in Toronto serving a loyal, diverse clientele. We're looking to add a skilled, well-rounded hairstylist to our team — someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, drama-free environment.
The Role
We need an all-around stylist who can confidently handle:
- Cuts — men's and women's, classic and modern techniques
- Colour — foils, balayage, full colour, corrective colour, and toning
- Styling — blowouts, updos, and finishing work for everyday and special-occasion looks
You'll be working directly with clients day-to-day, building your own book while also being a reliable part of the team on busier shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed/certified hairstylist with proven experience across cutting and colouring for both men and women
- Strong technical skills and an eye for current trends, balanced with solid fundamentals
- A genuine team player. We want someone who's happy to pitch in, share the floor, and support co-workers, not just focus on themselves
- Personable and professional with clients — someone who builds trust and repeat business
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their chair and their schedule
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, walk-in-friendly salon environment
Position Details
- Full-time preferred, but we're open to part-time for the right candidate
- Competitive commission/pay structure (to be discussed based on experience)
