Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant Management to support daily operations within our office environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient workflow, overseeing administrative functions, and managing team activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in supervising staff and handling office management tasks. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, ensuring smooth operations across departments
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee record maintenance
- Handle payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor management
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
- Assist with budgeting processes and financial reporting as needed
- Support team management efforts by organizing schedules, meetings, and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through effective administrative oversight
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Supervising experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-line phone systems
- Experience with front desk operations, human resources functions, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and vendor management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training & development, budgeting, and office administration is a plus
