Theo and Mary Theodosakis opened the doors in 1976 with the vision to provide authentic Greek dishes served in a relaxing and beautiful setting. Forty-seven years later, that promise continues with the second owner/operator, Gregory Condonopoulos, with over 40 years of relevant experience. The vision expands to include collaborating with local food and wine producers throughout the Okanagan & Similkameen.
Theo’s is a legacy business boasting 285 seats, five dining rooms and two levels. Now serving three generations Theo’s can host an intimate dinner by the fireplace or groups of up to 150. Dine in or cater out. We are here to celebrate food, family and to champion the potential of our collective lives.

We are getting ready for the busy summer season and are looking for Servers, Cooks and Prep Cooks to add onto the team!
- Permanent, part-time and full time available
- 3 to 5 shifts a week
- Must be available for evenings and weekends.
- Average per person check is around $50-$60 pp, including beverages.
Position Qualifications/Wages:
- Must have at least 1-2 years previous cooking and prep cook experience, with food safe certification. Wages start at $19.50-$23/hour, plus gratuities.
- Previous serving experience for the server roles is required, along with your Serving It Right certification. Wages start at $17.85/hour, plus gratuities. (increase as of June 1, 2026 as per the min. wage increase)
- A pleasant and professional disposition is a must for all positions.
- Must be able to work well within the team, in a high volume environment.
