Job Description
We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Pallet Repairer for our client located in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours and long-term potential.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience using hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged wooden pallets and assess repair requirements
- Remove broken boards and components
- Repair and rebuild pallets using nail guns, saws, and other hand tools
- Ensure repaired pallets meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lift and move pallets (up to 50–75 lbs)
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies
Requirements
- Proven 2 years of experience as a Pallet / Skid Repairer (mandatory)
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Strong experience using nail guns, saws, and other power tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of pallet grades and repair standards preferred
- Steel-toe safety boots required
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
