What You Bring:
Extensive experience in landscape construction installation practices, with the ability to step into the field and identify best practices and improvements
Advanced operation of skid steer and excavator
Strong leadership skills including mentorship, conflict resolution, and team motivation
Knowledge of equipment requirements and safety protocols
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with departmental financials and forecasting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and think outside the box
Ability to learn company software (LMN) and strong aptitude with Microsoft Office
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
Ensure all teams are properly staffed and supported with clear plans for growth and development
Ensure teams are working efficiently and effectively
Manage workloads of Project Managers and support job monitoring and coverage during absences
Enforce and implement business policies, procedures, processes, and core values
Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations prior to close-out
Manage safety standards and procedures (FLHA's, pre/post-trip inspections, etc.)
Oversee production and efficiency across construction teams
Identify in-field deficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity
Review construction schedules and capacity to ensure optimal planning
