Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets through B2B sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, presenting tailored pest control solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling services, and ensuring service excellence.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for management review.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring new team members, and contributing to strategic planning sessions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and identify new prospects.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of industry or sales experience required.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within pest control or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing complex sales deals with diverse clients.
- Strong background in marketing strategies, account management, and client relationship building.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
