Beusekom Farms Ltd. is seeking Class 1 Drivers with a farming backgrounds to join our team for the upcoming harvest season.

What You'll Do
Our Class 1 Driver supports day-to-day and seasonal farm operations. Duties may include:
- Grain hauling to local elevators and feedlots (within approximately 100 km)
- Seasonal equipment hauling, including spring and fall work in Saskatchewan
- Shop work and preventative maintenance (oil changes and basic repairs)
- Maintaining clean, safe, and functional yards, equipment, and work areas
- Operating farm equipment as needed (an asset, not required)
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to contribute wherever needed. You take pride in your work, treat equipment with care, and aren't afraid to ask questions.
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License with a clean drivers abstract (required)
- Farm or agricultural background considered an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working on various equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and take responsibility for your work
- Ability to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced agricultural environment
Working Conditions
- Hours of work are approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Extended hours during busy seasons, with some seasonal travel to Saskatchewan as required
- Campers provided during out-of-province work
- One meal per day provided
- No work on Sunday
- Work is primarily outdoors, with shop work in varying weather conditions
Compensation
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- $5/hour harvest premium paid at the end of harvest for those who stay on for the full harvest season
