Summary
This role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations. This position is open to start immediately. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization skills, strong computer skills, great learning capacity, capable of meeting deadlines regularly and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile invoices, receipts, and bank transactions
- Support payroll and expense tracking
- Prepare and organize accounting documents and files
- Assist with month-end reporting and administrative tasks
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries professionally
Qualifications
- Diploma or studies in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Proficient in English
