What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on technical instruction based on OEM service training curriculum.
- Manage and execute a dynamic, rolling 1-month training schedule using tools like Cornerstone LMS.
- Facilitate interactive learning through modern platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS) and cutting-edge methods.
- Collaborate on curriculum updates and innovative training strategies to keep pace with evolving technology.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training center, ensuring vehicles, equipment, and assets are maintained to the highest standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- Provincial Technician’s License or Interprovincial License required.
- 5+ years in a technical automotive role within an OEM environment.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills—you know how to make learning exciting.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
- A team player with leadership ability and a passion for continuous learning.
