As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Industrial Sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish:
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Advise customers on products and services
- Process orders and manage quotes (including approvals)
- Support administrative and clerical tasks for sales and production
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests efficiently
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care
- Step in to support teammates when needed
- What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable across multiple channels
- A natural ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
- Resourcefulness, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of metric and imperial measurements
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet tools, etc.)
- Training in administration, sales, or a related field (an asset)
