Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Pay $90,000 - $100,000 + 10% potential bonus

Requirements
- Red seal trade certificate, diploma, degree in mechanical engineering required.
- 2+ years of experience supervising unionized trades in an industrial facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the facility operates in full compliance with all health, safety, & environmental laws & regulations ensuring all employees are held accountable for our safety & environmental systems.
- Ensure company policies & values are implemented & maintained throughout the organization & all legal requirements are met.
- Lead a unionized team in optimizing maintenance as well as coordinate schedule routine & preventative maintenance functions by tradespersons.
- Work closely with operating departments & planners to complete mechanical maintenance.
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
