About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and team performance
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
- Control costs (labour, food, inventory) and drive profitability
- Execute local marketing initiatives to grow sales
- Analyze performance and implement improvements
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Financial and operational acumen
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays)
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
