We are currently looking to hire another motivated and reliable individual to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Landscaper / Hardscape Labourer, you will be part of a team responsible for installing high-end hardscaping projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of patios, walkways, and driveways using paving stones
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and base installation
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and transport materials (heavy lifting required)
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, etc.)
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Schedule flexibility (e.g., overtime, weekends) as needed to stay on schedule and adjust for weather disruptions
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Previous experience driving truck and trailer is an asset, but is not required
