Grieco Carpentry Ltd. is a small home renovation company focused on quality. We pride ourselves on excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The majority of our projects are in Toronto.
Currently we are looking for a junior carpenter with 1-3 years experience for the following:
Responsibilities include:
- Site preparation
- Wood and metal framing
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Drywalling, painting, tiling
- Window and door Installation
- Communicating with subcontractors
Requirements:
- Is proactive, adaptable, with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work environment at all times
- Ability to research and solve problems
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to read technical documents and construction drawings
- Must have his/her own hand tools, and experienced with power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and complete repetitive tasks
- Valid WAH and WHMIS
- Is polite, presentable to and respectful of clients and co-workers
- Preferably has completed a home renovation carpentry program or have suitable experience.
Full-time, permanent
Salary: From $23 per hour, based on experience
Benefits and LTD
Monday to Friday with occasional work on weekends
7am to 4pm
