Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Assist guests with special requests, including room changes or additional services
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, customer service, and hospitality professionalism
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service procedures is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
- Experience in hotel operations or hospitality environments will be considered an asset
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy
