Overview
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager with previous McDonald’s management experience to support daily operations, lead shifts, and help drive performance in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and manage floor operations to McDonald’s standards
- Coach, develop, and support crew and shift managers
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain food safety, health & safety, and QSC standards
- Support scheduling, labour control, inventory, and waste management
- Assist with cash handling, deposits, and administrative duties
- Support opening/closing procedures and restaurant targets
Required Qualifications
- Previous McDonald’s management experience (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of McDonald’s systems, procedures, and standards
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $47,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
