I am looking for an experienced, hardworking barista with specialty coffee experience to join my small, dedicated team. We take pride in serving exceptional coffee and providing genuine hospitality. What I'm Looking For:
- Previous specialty coffee experience required.
- Confident in daily dial-in and adjusting grinders.
- Consistent espresso preparation and milk steaming skills.
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee standards and barista etiquette.
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented with pride in maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent customer service.
- Able to work independently - open or close.
- Comfortable handling rushes while maintaining quality, efficiency, and composure.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with daily cleaning and tasks.
Availability
- Part-time (2-4 shifts per week)
- Early morning availability required (6am start)
- Weekend availability is a must
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace throughout each shift.
- Operate the POS system aand handle transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Complete daily opening, closing and mid-day tasks.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with teammates.
