Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and versatile Food Truck Chef to join our fast-paced team. This isn’t just a cooking job—we’re looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities while delivering outstanding food and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate deep fryers and other commercial kitchen equipment safely.
- Assemble orders quickly and accurately during busy service periods.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and inventory throughout the shift.
- Assist with food prep, restocking, opening, and closing duties.
- Work efficiently with teammates to keep service fast and smooth.
- Adapt to different roles as needed throughout the day.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, food truck, restaurant, or fast-paced food service environment.
- Comfortable operating commercial deep fryers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and switch between cooking, prepping, serving customers, and cleaning.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and organization.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Food Safe Level 1 Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience + opportunities for growth.
