Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents. The successful candidate will assess and diagnose concerns related to ADHD, ADD, learning disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and other academic or cognitive difficulties.
This role involves working collaboratively with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals to support children in reaching their full academic and emotional potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children and youth (ages 5–18)
- Assess for:
- ADHD / ADD
- Specific Learning Disorders (Reading, Writing, Mathematics)
- Executive Functioning challenges
- Giftedness
- Cognitive and processing concerns
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools
- Prepare detailed, clear, and clinically sound assessment reports with diagnostic impressions and school-based recommendations
- Provide feedback sessions to parents/guardians and, when appropriate, the child
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines set by the College of Psychologists of Ontario (or relevant regulatory body)
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, School, or Educational Psychology
- Demonstrated experience conducting psychoeducational assessments with children and adolescents
- Strong report writing and diagnostic formulation skills
- Knowledge of Ontario school systems and IEP/accommodation processes is an asset

Pay: $120.00-$180.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
