Position Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be mature, outgoing and well rounded individual with excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and provide exceptional customer service.
Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- looking up parts for customer inquiries
- in-store retail sales
- basic cleaning/sanitizing of the office and retail area
- customer deliveries and some field work with other staff when required
Requirements
- must be able to work as a team and follow directions from senior staff members (asking questions when needed is encouraged!) with the ability to work alone.
- Proficient in proofreading and maintaining accuracy in written communication.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist is a plus
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Able to handle the ebb and flow of slower and busy times without disruption in work quality.
- must be fluent in English.

- a good working knowledge of Gmail/calendar
- intermediate computer skills
- basic knowledge of hot tubs is an asset but not required as full training is provided.
** Opportunity to earn commission on sales and also the opportunity to increase base wages pending performance reviews.
