Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your culinary skills while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards and food handling procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
