Job description
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a CEO. They should be extremely well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help with any necessary meeting preparations.
Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees.
- drafting emails, documents, meeting minutes and policies.
- managing employee schedules and time off requests
- placing orders based on inventory needs
- Can establish priorities, effectively communicate, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Previous management experience
· Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Social Media Familiarity
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite 365 and Outlook.
· Professional and polished demeanor
· Motivated, energetic and able to work independently
