Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pest inspections and treatments at residential and commercial properties.
- Identify pest issues, determine appropriate treatments, and implement pest control solutions.
- Use a variety of tools, equipment, and chemical products to manage and eliminate pests in a safe and effective manner.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and promote additional services or solutions to clients to support business growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, treatments, and maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up activities.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician (preferred).
- Valid pest control license/certification [or willingness to obtain].
- Strong knowledge of various pest control methods, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
