We are a rapidly growing, locally owned painting company looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Painter to join our team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming before applying paint or coatings (wood, drywall, walls and trim) in residential and commercial settings.
- Rolling, cutting, priming, spraying, and touch-ups in both shop and field environments
- Operate spray machines including fine finish, HVLP, and airless sprayers
- Diagnose and resolve painting and coating issues such as peeling, adhesion, and moisture problems
- Lead projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship
- Train and mentor team members while maintaining company standards
- Follow supervisor instructions, safety protocols, and COR standards during all phases of work to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to address project needs and updates
- Attend monthly safety meetings and weekly toolbox meetings
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team culture
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in residential and commercial painting
- Expert knowledge of spray systems and specialty coatings
- Experience with lacquers, epoxies, and high-end finishes
- Strong understanding of product compatibility, durability, and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work additional hours or weekends when required
- Must own basic painting hand tools (poles, putty knives, tape/paper machines, etc.)
- Must own required PPE including hard hat, safety vest, and steel toe boots

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
