The Behaviour Team Inc. is seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to work part time.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate in a team approach under the Clinical Director and alongside the clinical team
- Develop individualized service plans, behaviour intervention support plans
- Monitor and develop individualized and adjust skill acquisition and behavioural programs based on data and client progress
- Work independently and manage caseload to meet clinical client hours in addition to supervisor duties
- Oversee client assessment using a variety of measurement tools
- Provide in-center support, training and supervision to clinical staff with implementation of client plans
- On-going communication with directors, clinical team and parents
- Collaborate with parents to provide training and support
- Collaborate with other agencies and professions for coordinated client care
Requirements
- Approved Ontario Autism Provider - 1 year post certification experience
- Master’s degree in applied Behaviour Analysis, Education, Psychology or a related field with a specialty in ABA
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in good standing
- Current vulnerable section police check
Qualifications
- Demonstrated adherence to the Code of Ethics and Practice Standards outlined by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Adherence to all relevant laws and legislation.
- Valid driver’s license and insured transportation
- Professional Liability insurance
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, organization and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including word, excel, PDF
- 5 years of experience supporting neurodiverse clients in an ABA setting (clinic preferred).
- Supervision expereience of mid and front line staff
- 1 year post certification BCBA or RBA
