What You Will Do:
Clinical Responsibilities:

Provide primary care to a diverse patient population including women, children, Indigenous, Two Spirited, Transgender and Gender Diverse (TTGD) and their families.
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and health outcomes.
- Deliver care in-clinic and through telehealth visits.

Utilize a trauma-informed, culturally safe approach when working with marginalized populations.

Support preventative care initiatives, chronic disease management, and mental health care.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Working Conditions:
The Family Physician will work on-site at STEPS Community Health Centre – North Shore
Flexible scheduling options within the clinic’s hours of operation
Evenings (until 7pm), or weekend shifts available but not required
