Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Montréal team. In this role, you will be the front line of our customer experience—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
You will play a key role in supporting daily operations while helping us deliver a seamless and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide bilingual support (French & English) to a diverse customer base
- Accurately manage data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (required)
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
