Q-Line Trucking is seeking experienced and dependable Class 1A Drivers to join our Regional Open Deck Division based in Winkler, Manitoba.
This role involves hauling open deck freight, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and specialized loads throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and surrounding regions.
From tractors and combines to construction equipment and specialized freight, our drivers haul the equipment that supports agriculture, construction, and industry across North America.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport open deck and specialized freight throughout Western Canada and the U.S. Midwest.
- Secure freight using chains, binders, straps, tarps, and other load securement devices.
- Haul construction equipment, agricultural equipment, machinery, and general open deck freight.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, permits, and required documentation.
- Comply with all Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations, including Hours of Service requirements.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations personnel.
- Deliver freight safely, professionally, and on time.
- Maintain assigned equipment in a clean and professional condition.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

- Valid Class 1A Driver's Licence.
- Valid passport and ability to cross the Canada/U.S. border.
- Minimum two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Open deck and load securement experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transportation safety and regulatory requirements.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Proven reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to tarp, chain, and secure loads safely.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
