This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a “go-go-go” environment, loves people, enjoys AI, technology and social media, and can confidently handle high-volume outbound calling while staying organized and creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 75+ outbound calls per day
- Set 12 interviews daily
- Update and manage online job postings
- Assist with social media content and engagement
- Use AI tools and creative platforms to support recruiting and marketing efforts
- Calendar management and scheduling interviews
- Communicate with candidates professionally and confidently
- Support recruiting and office operations in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English comprehension and communication skills
- Strong Face to Face presentation
- Friendly, outgoing, and highly confident personality
- High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with various software programs, social media platforms, and technology
- Organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with high energy every day
- Recruiting, customer service, call centre, or administrative experience is considered an asset
