With a commitment to sourcing from Atlantic Canada wherever possible, each dish pays homage to its origins - celebrating genuine flavours and timeless favourites. From the iconic Halifax Donair and signature Garlic Fingers to delicately prepared Mini Lobster Rolls and perfectly crisp Fish & Chips, every offering is complemented by a curated selection of craft beers and expertly crafted cocktails.

Sous Chef:
- Manage the daily operation of the kitchen under the direction and absence of the Chef
- Maintain a guest focus while providing East Coast Hospitality
- Assume 100% responsibility of the quality of food and the dishes being prepared (100% responsibility / 0 excuses)
- Assist the Chef in hiring, development and coaching of new team members
- Maintain personnel files, on-board & train new employees about our company policies, food safety standards & kitchen procedures
- Responsible for placing all food orders in accordance with pars set by Chef.
- Communicate with FOH & prep team to ensure all essential items are ordered and delivered on time
- Build a schedule for BOH team while maintaining labor targets and goals
- Monitor all checklists and quality assurance documents and ensure their daily completion and adherence

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
