Bourbon Street Pizza Co is a family run business in downtown Belleville, ON K8N 1G8. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to to find employees with experience managing a crew of employees. To be well-rounded in all aspects of the restaurant with the ability to close the restaurant. We have a group of 55+ Employees who we treat as extended family. We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the shift, including customer service, and employee relations. The Shift Supervisor will also be expected to ensure that all safety and operational procedures are followed, as well as provide training and guidance to staff. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of employees engaged in providing services or performing tasks.
- Guide new employees in job duties, company policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Know all aspects of the restaurant: Serving, Customer Service, Cut Table, Kitchen, Prep & Delivery and how they all work to deliver the final product.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour
