Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the desire to grow with us!
Duties
- Engage with potential customers through inside/ outside sales efforts and develop a healthy sales pipeline for vehicle sales
- Demonstrate vehicle features, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales support activities including follow-up communications, documentation, and updating CRM systems.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progressions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, e-mail or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or high-end sales is preferred but willing to train the right person.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are always a bonus!
- Valid driver’s license required; dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automotive sales and customer engagement.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
