Housekeeping Attendant
The Hotel at Claramount Club is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our housekeeping team at our boutique hotel property in Prince Edward County.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and understands that a beautifully presented room is at the heart of every great guest experience. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared space from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to Claramount Club standards during check-out turnovers, stay-over refreshes, and deep cleans
- Make beds, replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities, and ensure all in-room items are properly stocked and presented
- Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, lobbies, fitness spaces, washrooms, and event areas
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Front Desk
- Handle guest belongings and lost property with care and discretion
- Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with supplies and linens as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team and front desk to support smooth room readiness and check-in operations
- Assist with laundry duties as required
- Represent Claramount Club with professionalism and warmth in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while managing a room assignment list
- Physical ability to perform the demands of the role including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Assets
- Experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality environments
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or room assignment tools

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
