We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Serve guests ensuring a great customer experience and quality dining experiance.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and services with knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restuarant.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Support special events or promotions as needed, contributing to a positive team environment.
- manage inventory of the restaurant, taking par levels and completing orders.
- complete ordering to keep inventory levels at par ensuring we always have product on hand.
- oversee all FOH staff to ensure everyone is working up to expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management role would be ideal but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Serving experience, with craft cocktails and some wine knowledge.
