Bakery Assistant
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Bakery Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced bakery. Previous bakery or food service experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and measure ingredients for baked goods
- Assist with baking, decorating, packaging, and product presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Restock supplies and support daily bakery operations
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Requirements
- Passion for baking and food preparation
- Bakery, restaurant, or food service experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Training is provided for enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the bakery industry.
