Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Showroom Merchandising Associate to support the daily operations of our showroom at our Kamloops branch. This Full-time role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers while assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Organization
- Perform routine cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping) to keep the showroom spotless
- Ensure shelves and displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing
- Arrange products safely to reduce clutter and hazards
Restocking & Inventory Management
- Monitor and replenish stock levels regularly
- Collaborate with the Inventory team to update product locations and labels
- Report low inventory or damaged items promptly
Customer Assistance & Support
- Help customers with order pickups and product inquiries
- Provide basic product information or connect customers with knowledgeable staff
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful presence at all times
Floor Plan Adjustments & Labeling
- Support layout changes for seasonal updates or new product arrivals
- Update and maintain accurate product labels and signage
- Ensure consistency and clarity in all labeling
Merchandising & Presentation
- Arrange displays to maximize visibility and customer interest
- Adjust item placement for optimal traffic flow and appeal
- Assist in implementing promotional and seasonal setups
Safety & Compliance
- Keep walkways clear and product zones tidy
- Follow company guidelines for safe cleaning and stocking practices
- Help maintain compliance with workplace safety standards
Event & Promotion Setup
- Help with setup and teardown of showroom events or sales promotions
- Work with the management team to ensure brand consistency in displays
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
Qualifications
- Previous retail or showroom experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically capable of lifting and moving merchandise
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, proactive, and collaborative team player
Shift Requirement
Monday to Friday, Daytime shift
