Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and light organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Prior experience in residential cleaning and hospitality is a plus, but welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces.
- Dusting living areas.
- Disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen.
- Vacuuming and mopping.
- Manage tasks such as removing linens from beds and bathrooms, washing, folding and re stocking (Airbnb only).
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability is very Important.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable transportation ( carpooling may be available initially but not ideal long term ) as we travel to service different locations daily
- The ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety standards in all cleaning activities
- All applicants must be available for a paid trial day. This working interview allows us to assess your initial skills and ensures this position is a good fit for both parties.
- Flexible to work between the hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm. NO weekends, holidays or evenings required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
