Genesis London is looking for a New Genesis Experience Manager (General Sales Represenative).
We are looking for a highly motivated and tenacious individual to join our sales team. This position is an integral role at Genesis London and is responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with our guests and exceptional vehicle service experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures concerning guest handling, completing transactions and delivery procedures.
- Ensure that all guests and potential guests of the dealership are handled in a positive manner, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Prospect to increase sales volume.
- Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that the Guests needs and satisfaction is continuously the number 1 priority.
- Comfortability working in a family - like team enviornment
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
- Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's license.
- Current registration as a salesperson under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act. (OMVIC)
- Passionate about guest satisfaction
- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment (2 years) (Not mandatory but preferred)
Pay Rate: Commission Based Only
